Email Setup Instructions
Most modern mail apps set themselves up when you sign in. Start with the easy way below — manual settings are here as a backup.
Sign in — the app does the rest
iPhone, Android, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and most other mail apps will autoconfigure as soon as you give them your email address and password. Try this before entering anything manually.
Webmail
Just need to check email? Sign in from any browser — no setup at all.
iPhone & iPad
Built-in Mail app autoconfigures from email + password in most cases.
Android
Gmail and most Android Mail apps detect server settings automatically.
Desktop
Outlook, Thunderbird, and Apple Mail use the same autoconfig flow.

If your mail app prompted you for server details — or finished setup but won’t send/receive — enter the values below by hand.

Webmail (browser access)
Read and send mail from any computer with a modern browser. No setup required.
- Visit webmail.infinet.co. If your website is hosted with us, you can also use https://webmail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain).
- Sign in with your full email address and password.
- To change your password, click Settings (top right) and choose Password at the bottom of the left menu.
iPhone & iPad (manual setup)
Use these steps when iOS doesn’t finish setup on its own.
Fastest path on iPhone & iPad In Plesk › Mail, click Mail Client Setup next to your address and scan the QR code with your iPhone camera — iOS installs the mail account in two taps. No typing required.
- Open Settings › Mail › Accounts › Add Account and choose Other › Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, full email address, and password — tap Next.
- Make sure IMAP is selected at the top.
- Incoming and outgoing host name: plesk.infinetinc.com. User name: your full email address; password: your mailbox password.
- Tap Next. iOS will verify SSL on ports 993 / 465 automatically. Tap Save to finish.
Android (manual setup)
Most Android mail apps follow this same pattern even if menu names differ.
- Open the Gmail app (or your phone’s Mail app), tap your profile icon, then Add another account.
- Choose Other as the provider, enter your full email address, then tap Manual setup.
- Pick Personal (IMAP). Enter your password and tap Next.
- Incoming server: plesk.infinetinc.com, port 993, security type SSL/TLS.
- Outgoing (SMTP) server: plesk.infinetinc.com, port 465, security type SSL/TLS, Require sign-in on.
- Finish the prompts. Exact wording varies by manufacturer (Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus) but the values are the same.
Desktop email clients (manual setup)
Use these values when Outlook, Thunderbird, or Apple Mail can’t auto-detect — choose Manual setup or Let me set up my account manually when prompted.
- Add a new account and choose IMAP as the mailbox type.
- User name: your full email address.
- Incoming and outgoing server: plesk.infinetinc.com.
- Use SSL/TLS for incoming and outgoing mail.
- Incoming (IMAP) port: 993. Outgoing (SMTP) port: 465.
- Enable Outgoing server requires authentication, then finish setup.
Manage your mailbox in Plesk
Use the Plesk Control Panel to change your password, set a vacation auto-reply, configure forwarding, and more — without contacting support.
Don’t have a Plesk login? Plesk access isn’t enabled by default for every mailbox. Open a ticket to request access — we’ll send you a sign-in link and starter password.
- Open plesk.infinetinc.com and sign in with your domain account credentials.
- In the sidebar, click Mail to see all email addresses on your domain.
- Each address has one-click action links on its row:
- Mail Client Setup — downloads an autoconfig profile (or shows the manual server settings) for that mailbox. On iPhone & iPad you can scan the QR code Plesk shows and the iOS Mail account installs in two taps — no typing required.
- Webmail — opens webmail signed in as that address.
- Password Reset Link — generates a one-time password reset link you can send to the user.
- Settings — full account settings: change password, Auto-Reply (vacation message), Forwarding, and Email Aliases.
