Email Setup Instructions

Access Email from Web Browser

You can access your email from any web browser by going to this website: https://webmail.infinet.co or by using your domain if it your website is hosted with us: https://webmail.yourdomain.com (substitute yourdomain.com with your actual domain eg. https://webmail.infinet.co

  1. Use your email address and password to login to RoundCube.
  2. You can change your password after you login by clicking on Settings (top right) and clicking on Password at the bottom of the menu on the left.

Phone Setup for Email Accounts

Go to Settings ->Accounts

  1. Choose "Other" as the account type and make sure you choose IMAP
  2. User Name is your email address
  3. Incoming and outgoing mail server: plesk.infinetinc.com
  4. Use SSL for both incoming and outgoing mail
  5. Incoming Mail Port: 993
  6. Outbound email requires authentication
  7. Outgoing SMTP Port: 465

Outlook / Thunderbird and other mail clients Setup

  1. Choose IMAP as the mailbox type
  2. User Name is your email address
  3. Incoming and outgoing mail server: plesk.infinetinc.com
  4. Use SSL for both incoming and outgoing mail
  5. Incoming Mail Port: 993
  6. Outbound email requires authentication
  7. Outgoing SMTP Port: 465
